WHO WE ARE

Sjögren Europe

A European federation of national associations representing Sjögren’s patients.

Sjögren Europe is the European federation of Sjögren’s patient organizations, bringing together associations from across Europe to improve awareness, support research, strengthen patient advocacy, and promote better care for people living with Sjögren’s. Through collaboration with patients, healthcare professionals, researchers, and policymakers, Sjögren Europe works to ensure that every patient’s voice is heard and represented at the European level.

Sjögren Europe’s Members (Full & Associate)

Country representatives are exempt from the registration fee.

Additional costs may apply to certain delegate categories for meals and other events; however, participation in these activities is optional. Detailed information about these additional expenses can be found here.

Registration is mandatory for participation. Interested individuals must complete the online registration form. 

Registered participants will be able to join the following services according to their submitted preferences.

  • Conference material
  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • Access to registered workshops
  • Participation in coffee and lunch breaks
  • Participation in dinners (if applicable)

Ticket issuance is not within the scope of the Conference Organising Bureau’s responsibilities.

Participants are responsible for booking their own flights or train tickets and must handle any necessary changes themselves.

Reservations will be processed based on the information provided in the submitted form and will be handled by the Conference Organising Bureau, Alpha Public Relations (Attention: Mrs. Niki Mita). 

Booking arrangements for other delegates are not within the scope of the Bureau’s responsibilities. Terms and conditions apply; please refer to the relevant documentation for further details.

*Please note that the Conference Organising Bureau is responsible only for reservations related to the primary member representative of each association and the keynote speakers.

  • Travel expenses for organization members will be reimbursed. Please note that reimbursement is available for only one representative per Association. For information please click here.
  • Reimbursement will be granted only upon proof of payment.
  • It is mandatory to proceed after the meeting ends via the electronic form.
  • Payments will be processed within 30 days of submission.
